How We Research Routines

Our editorial methodology — sourcing, verification, and updates

Sourcing & Citations

Every routine starts from primary and reputable secondary sources: the person's own interviews, podcasts, books, social media posts, and published articles about them. We never invent schedule details — if a time block or habit appears on a routine page, it traces back to something the person or a credible outlet has actually said.

Each routine lists its references in a "Sources" section at the bottom of the page, with links, so you can verify every claim yourself.

Verification

Before publishing, we cross-check claims against multiple independent sources. Where accounts conflict (routines change over the years, and interviews contradict each other), we favor the most recent first-person account and note the uncertainty rather than presenting a guess as fact.

Supplement stacks, workout protocols, and diet details are described as what the person reports doing — not as medical or training advice.

AI Assistance & Human Review

We use AI research tools to gather sources and assemble first drafts. Every draft is then reviewed and edited by a human editor, who checks the sourcing, removes unsupported claims, and signs off before anything goes live.

Updates & Corrections

Routines evolve, and so do our pages. When new information surfaces, we update the routine and refresh the "Updated" date shown under the page title. If you spot something wrong or outdated, reach out via the links in the footer — corrections are reviewed the same way as new content.
